Our Policies
You will be treated equally, regardless of age, sexual orientation, colour, creed or gender
I expect to be treated with respect at all times. If you have any issues about the treatment, we can discuss in a calm and mature manner..
Please do not arrive to your appointment intoxicated, you will be refused treatment.
Clients with symptoms of illness are strongly advised to cancel their appointment by phone or email until you are feeling better.
If you are being treated for a serious medical condition or you are unsure, I would advise seeking clearance from your doctor/medical practitioner before your treatment. Please bring a letter of consent.
I accept both card and cash payments
If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, I would ask that you inform me by telephone, social media or email as soon as possible. I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so the appointment can be relisted. We can reschedule another appointment for you.
I work from home and have no receptionist so please do not call to the house without an appointment. I Could be with another client and their treatment will be disrupted.
Please let me know at time of making an appointment if you are pregnant. All mums to be must be in good health. Depending on the treatment, you may need to wait until you are past your first trimester or obtain a letter from your GP to state whether you are able to receive treatment. Yours’ and your baby’s wellbeing is our priority.
Gift vouchers are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged in part or full for cash.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Santosha Holistics. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, I kindly ask that you read and understand the following policy updates.
This policy is in place because as a small business owner, last minute changes and no shows directly impact my income and the opportunity to offer treatments to others. Requiring a deposit protects my time, ensures commitment and allows me to manage my schedule efficiently for all clients.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the full treatment price is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable, however, it is transferrable for up to 1 week after a missed appointment if rescheduled within the time period specified.
This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that unforseen circumstances may arise.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else and avoid lost time and income.
Cancellations made with less than 24hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a charge for the full appointment fee.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, I may not be able to accommodate your full session, and you will still be charged the full treatment price.
